Frequently asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

We prepare every order with care and dispatch it within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 3pm are usually processed the same day. Delivery within Ireland is always free. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

What if it doesn't fit? Can I return it?

Of course. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or an exchange for another size or colour. Items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with the tags still attached. Simply email us at info@claren-dublin.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

What are your pieces made of?

Every piece is chosen for how it feels, how it wears and how it holds up to everyday life, from soft knits to cosy jackets and comfortable shoes. You'll find the exact material of each item on its product page, so you always know what you're getting before you order.

How do I find my size?

Most of our clothing has a relaxed, comfortable fit with room to move. Simply compare your measurements with the size guide on the product page. Between two sizes? We recommend sizing up. Still not sure? Email us and we'll gladly help you choose.

How does the multi-buy offer work?

The more pieces you choose, the more you save: buy 2 items and get an extra 10% off, buy 3 and get an extra 15% off, buy 4 and get an extra 20% off, and buy 5 or more and get an extra 25% off. The discount is applied automatically in your cart, no code needed.
